DeLauer Consulting was founded in 2002 by Michelle DeLauer with the mission to become a seamless extension of its clients’ management consulting services by providing practical, integral support based on a project’s unique requirements. 

At DeLauer Consulting, we realize you can’t be in two places at once.  Do you need a project manager to represent you at client meetings and help with content development, or do you need additional talent on an existing project?  We have tackled projects as common as organizational restructuring in the private sector, and as complex as instructional design in the public sector.

We provide management consulting services from both a practical and academic perspective, and specialize in change management and management development.

We are a small female owned company and typically work on an 1099 contractor basis.  We are based in Washington, DC.
